Responsibilities

• Working directly with the marketing team to create marketing, advertising and branding pieces
• Work with team members to brainstorm ideas and bring flash banners / advertisments to life
• Design and develop web pages in XHTML/CSS
• Creating internal pieces for within the company (flyers, manuals, handouts)
• Developing, creating and maintaining branding for the company
• Weekly meetings with team to determine and organize workload roadmap

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in graphic design including:
• Experience in Art direction, logo and branding concept and creation
• Experience with creating interactive banner advertisements using Flash
• Experience with team building of highly qualified individuals
• Experience creating web pages in XHTML/CSS
• Deep knowledge and Proficiency of PHOTOSHOP/FLASH/ILLUSTRATOR/XHTML/CSS
• Comfortable working in both the Flash (CS) authoring environment and Flash Builder IDE
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
